Service was decent. Not great.
Good food and the pico salsa/slaw that they bring to the table with the chips is simply my favorite. It's the reason I return when I can. That and the homemade tortillas. -

Come here more then I should. It's convenient. Sit in the bar and it sucks. Service is awful. Furniture is torn an uncomfortable. Good food but the service is lacking

I usually post some amazing reviews. But this time I'm not going to. Had they fixed the error I may have thought twice. I Called them to place an online order from their menu. They didn't give me a total. I didn't think to ask as the online menu has prices. I went in to get the order and it was $32 for two items. They were priced at $11.99 on the menu. I asked why so expensive. She says to me that the prices changed. I asked her when ? She says a year ago and That the online menu was outdated. The price I was charged was $14.99 each. And the manager behind me making tortillas says to me that the online site has been down for weeks. I let her know i wasn't happy. She wasn't willing to fix it at all. Way to go on customer service. I won't be going back. And will make sure others know as well. I would have accepted at least something !

We've eaten here a number of times, dine-in always ok, but to-go orders are consistently screwed up, items forgotten, and overcharged. See photo, this visit we ordered #19 combo, they included an entire chicken bone in the shredded chicken! Gross.
Never going back, that's the end for us for this place. -

I ordered the carne asada, and it was too rare (which btw, the server never asked how I'd like it to be cooked). A good carne asada should be flavorful and cooked so that it is not chewy. Also, we sat in the bar and the music was too loud that we could not have a conversation. Garcia's in Auburn or El Azteca is much better.
